1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing waqarbinqasim.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services
We provide custom .NET Core and SQL Server development, including HCM, payroll, accounting, inventory and line-of-business systems. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
3. Payments
Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in the project proposal. Invoices are due as stated. Late payments may pause work and incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the custom source code delivered for their project, excluding any pre-existing libraries, frameworks or components that remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for delivering the agreed services.
6. Warranty & liability
Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe rights of others or attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
